By accessing or using KoreResearch, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Kore Inc. and Kore US Inc. (collectively, "Kore") operate the marketplace.
The service
KoreResearch is a marketplace for research prepared by identified third party analysts. Kore is the rails, not the publisher. Analysts own their research and are responsible for its content, methodology, and disclosures.
No investment advice
Research on this site is for general information and is not personalized investment, legal, or tax advice, or an offer to buy or sell securities. Investing involves risk. Review each report's author, methodology, date, and disclosures before relying on it.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and when purchasing reports.
Purchases
Membership and report purchases are priced as shown on the Pricing page. Sales are processed through KorePay and settle to analysts under the marketplace revenue terms.
Acceptable use
You may not scrape, redistribute, or resell reports; misrepresent your identity or credentials; interfere with the platform's ranking or payment systems; or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
Content ownership
Reports remain the property of their authors. Kore owns the platform, the KoreID verification framework, and related trademarks. Verification of an analyst's identity or credentials does not constitute an endorsement of the report or its conclusions by Kore.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on any report.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
